In accordance with Article 25 of the Personal Information Protection Act, SuperCommonity stipulates in the contract the matters concerning the liability, such as prohibition of personal information processing, technical and administrative protection measures, restrictions on re-entrustment, management and supervision of the trustee, and damages, in accordance with Article 25 of the Personal Information Protection Act, and supervises the trustee' safe handling of personal information.

6. The rights and duties of the information subject and the legal representative and the method of their exercise;
